Cancellation Policy

At LinenWear, We Appreciate The Fact That Sometimes Things Go Awry, And You'll Have To Cancel An Order. We Have Made Our Cancellation Policy As Straightforward And Transparent As Possible While Ensuring That Operations Remain Efficient.

For Prepaid Orders:
In Case You Want To Cancel A Prepaid Order, You Can Do So Within 12 Hours From The Time Of Placing The Order, As Long As The Order Has Not Been Processed Or Dispatched. Once An Order Has Been Shipped, It Cannot Be Cancelled. In The Event Of A Valid Cancellation Within The Permitted Time Limit, The Refund Will Be Made Through Bank Transfer Only And Credited To The Same Bank Account From Which The Payment Was Made. We Do Not Make Refunds To Third-Party Accounts.

For Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders:
COD Orders May Be Cancelled Within 12 Hours From The Time Of Order Placement, Or Prior To Dispatch—Whichever Earlier. We Request You To Place A COD Order Only After Making Sure Of The Purchase, As Repeated Cancellations Could Impact Your Future Ability To Place COD Orders. COD Orders Cannot Be Cancelled Post-Shipping.

We Have The Right To Cancel Any Order Upon Suspicion Or If The Stock Becomes Unavailable. If So, You Will Be Notified Immediately, And In The Case Of Prepaid Orders, The Payment Will Be Credited Back To The Original Source By Bank Transfer.
