At LinenWear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent exchange-only policy to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.
No Return / No Refund Policy
- We follow a strict Only Exchange, No Return policy.
- Returns and refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Exchanges are allowed only once per order
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- The replacement product will be dispatched after the original item is received and quality-checked
Shipping & Pickup Information
- LinenWear does NOT provide reverse pickup
- Customers must self-ship the product to the return address shared by our support team
- All return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
- LinenWear is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
Important Notes
- Only unused, unwashed, and unaltered products with original tags and packaging are eligible for exchange
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations will be rejected
- Exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
- If the requested replacement item is out of stock, LinenWear may offer:
- Store credit, or
- Refund (only in exceptional cases, at LinenWear’s discretion)
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Final sale / clearance items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
