At LinenWear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible exchange policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free.
We follow a Only Exchange, No Return policy.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to assist you. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the replacement item will be shipped once we receive and verify the original product.
Important Note
We do not accept returns and do not provide refunds.
Only exchange requests are eligible within the 7-day window.
A ₹100 reverse pickup fee applies for exchanges as well, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
Final sale products
Customized orders
Gift cards
Additionally, products that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
