Return & Exchange Policy

At LinenWear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.

You have to return your parcel yourself by courier otherwise We will arrange the reverse shipment pickup for you at a flat fee of ₹100 and shipping charge ₹200 which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Customers are responsible for this return shipping fee unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to assist you. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the replacement item will be shipped once we receive and verify the original product.

A ₹100 reverse pickup fee applies for exchanges as well, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Gift cards

Additionally, products that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
