Exchange Policy

At LinenWear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent exchange-only policy to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.

No Return / No Refund Policy

  • We follow a strict Only Exchange, No Return policy.
  • Returns and refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • The replacement product will be dispatched after the original item is received and quality-checked

Shipping & Pickup Information

  • LinenWear does NOT provide reverse pickup
  •  Customers must self-ship the product to the return address shared by our support team
  • All return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
  • LinenWear is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit

Important Notes

  • Only unused, unwashed, and unaltered products with original tags and packaging are eligible for exchange
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations will be rejected
  • Exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, LinenWear may offer:
  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (only in exceptional cases, at LinenWear’s discretion)

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
