All domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
International Orders
All international orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping delays may occur during peak periods. If there is a major delay, customers will be informed via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment status.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. LinenWear is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
Reverse Pickup & Returns
- LinenWear does NOT provide reverse pickup
- In case of an approved exchange, customers must self-ship the product
- All return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Lost or Damaged Shipments
LinenWear is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend retaining all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim purposes.
